Return

Within 14 days, you can decide whether to return the goods purchased via the e-shop. In case of return, please contact us at info@lemode.net. The goods can be returned by post or courier to the address CLA Distribution, s.r.o., Slunná 550, 261 01 Příbram. After we receive the returned item and check that it is in good condition, we will refund you the corresponding amount within 14 days. Returned goods must be new, complete, undamaged, without signs of wear and in the original packaging.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange the ordered goods for others within 14 days. In case of exchange, contact us at info@lemode.net. You can return the goods by post or courier to the address CLA Distribution, s.r.o., Slunná 550, 261 01 Příbram and then order new goods. An invoice and goods that are new, complete, undamaged, without signs of wear and in the original packaging are required.

Complaint

If you receive a package with damaged contents or if any goods are missing, please take a picture of the package, packed, unpacked and damaged goods as soon as possible. Send photos with a short cover email to info@lemode.net.

If the goods are defective, contact us at info@lemode.net and we will send you a complaint protocol. Send it together with a copy of the invoice and the goods to the address CLA Distribution, s.r.o., Slunná 550, 261 01 Příbram. The warranty period is 24 months. The invoice serves as a guarantee certificate. The deadline for processing a complaint is 30 days.

We can also help you with post-warranty repair of purchased goods. Write to us at info@lemode.net, everything else will depend on the individual agreement, type of defect, etc.
