Transport

By default, we ship the goods the next working day after payment of your order. We deliver to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our carriers are PPL - we use their courier services as well as the option of the PPL Parcelshop delivery point (only for the Czech Republic) and Zásilkovna - pick-up service at the collection point and home delivery service.

Shipments are delivered as standard from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If the PPL carrier is used, the route of the shipment can be tracked at the web address www.ppl.cz. After we hand over the shipment to PPL, you will receive an informative e-mail from PPL with the possibility of changing delivery arrangements. On the day of delivery, an SMS will be sent to the phone number you provided with information about the approximate delivery time within two hours (e.g. 8:00-10:00).

Payment

You can pay for the goods with us:

• by online payment card (VISA, MasterCard),
• other online methods → Apple Pay, Google Pay,
• by bank transfer to account No. 2800748550/2010, where you enter the order number as a variable symbol,
• cash on delivery upon delivery (with PPL courier) → extra CZK 55 (applies to the Czech Republic) / extra EUR 3.49 (applies to the Slovak Republic),
• cash on delivery (at Zásilkovna) → extra CZK 39 for a shipment worth up to CZK 20,000 (applies to the Czech Republic) / extra EUR 1.9 for a shipment worth up to EUR 700 (applies to the Slovak Republic).
